About 🎙

Automation Test Engineer, Test Manager, and Exploratory Tester by passion, with over 14 years of experience in software testing. After starting in a strongly tool-dominated environment (Tricentis Tosca), I have evolved towards test tool administration, helped to set up and manage the testing environment, while also coming into contact with client engineering. I have experienced the transition from the V-model to agile software development as a tester in a Scrum team, and later rounded out my profile as a regular Test Manager, and subsequently as a Global IoT Integration Test Manager.

I enjoy examining software closely, improving it to provide the end-user with the most positive and intuitive experience possible. The principles of House of Test, as well as the close collaboration with the world’s most renowned experts in software testing, motivate me every day to work with highly motivated colleagues and to elevate each other to an even higher level.

When I am not working, you can usually find me skiing, hiking, mountain climbing, or mountain biking in higher elevations around the world.

Assignment 4 (05/2022-today): Test Manager for Swiss Authorities
Writing Test concepts and implement a test strategy from scrath within an agile organization. UAT, IoT, DevSecOps, Non-functional testing, Aligning with all the stakeholder and colleagues to establish a test framework as well as a good understanding of how to test and create meaningful tests. As a Test Manager, I am responsible for all testing activities within the team and at a cross-project level. The team consists of 15 engineers. It is developed according to SAFe. The focus is mainly on integrations, API management and ESB solutions. We also take care of HSM, IEG and PKI topics.

I’m a person who takes his work very carefully because I know that the devil is in the details. Because of that I was able to find issues that no one has observed during previous tests. I’m a very curious person and if there’s anything i don’t understand i’m known for beeing very keen to figure it out.
