As a person with a wide range of interests, my professional development has taken a few turns.
For 15 years now, I have focussed on test engineering and automation. Looking back, quality standards and precise working methods have been a common thread throughout my life.
Thanks to my previous experience in customer support, I have never lost sight of the user perspective. Harmonising the viewpoint and expectations from a technical perspective with those of the user is the essence of test engineering for me. I enjoy working with developers, product owners, architects, business stakeholders and UX specialists to get the most holistic view possible.
A large part of my free time, apart from my family of course, belongs to creativity (drums, guitar, songwriting) and nature (gardening, aquaristic). As a subscriber to a major Swiss daily newspaper, I am interested in politics and society. Also, naturally, current developments in IT and technology in general.

- Designed and implemented test automation setups in multiple jobs, which helped teams to free up time for other manual testing tasks.
- Repeatedly helped teams to vastly improve testing process and results, by setting up a great variety of test data.
- Proud to have been part of two successful Audit Trails for (in)famous swiss EPD (Electronic Patient Portal) conducted by e-health-suisse.
