I am a versatile engineer with broad experience across domains and technologies, involved in all stages of product development—from concept to post-delivery support.
In recent high-impact projects, I’ve coordinated quality gate management across multiple teams, ensuring alignment between my client and their contractor. This has strengthened my ability to drive quality under pressure, across complex stakeholder environments.
Working in small teams has taught me to wear multiple hats: as a Test Manager, I adapt the testing strategy to the product context; as a tester, I leverage past experiences to bring meaningful insight; as a developer, I create tailored tools and scripts that boost efficiency. I lead by example, mentor with enthusiasm, and contribute actively to team discussions, always focused on building user-oriented, high-quality products.

Being a program-level Test Manager I am responsible for driving and supporting the testing activities. Together with my colleagues, we enhance methods and guide teams in implementing contextual practices for quality. We’re facilitating automated testing organization-wide via CI/CD Pipelines in DevSecOps. Attending internal SAFe implementation schooling, I gained insights into pain points and improvement channels for better support. Supporting teams with broad SAFe understanding, we emphasize quality in the implementation process. Given diverse knowledge and technical maturity, I constantly adapt communication. As part of the Testmanagement team, I am also responsible for supporting the supplier release process and improving on quality management and communication between the contracting parties. As this is a governed environment, we also have to keep a constant connection between the development cycle and the regulation of the federal authority, as we are both testers and auditors in this environment. | |
